The hotel has a fantastic location just off the main Kuta strip, close to many bars and restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk from The Discovery Shopping Centre. While the staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to remember my name, the rooms could definitely use some maintenance and smell a bit musty. The dining experience was good, but it could use more variety in the breakfast options.

The rooms stunk of mold and were next to the lift, which made it hard to sleep with all the noise. They definitely need some maintenance, especially with the painting due to the humid conditions.

The service was super-helpful. The staff were kind and friendly, and they even took the time to get to know me and my partner by name. However, I did feel a bit uncomfortable when a staff member recorded me at the pool without my consent.

The rooms were nice, featuring a really comfortable bed, but sadly, the washroom had some issues and didn't have enough light. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the location was superb, right in the heart of everything yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay more pleasant. However, the room I stayed in had a strong odor, and there was mold behind the bed, which wasn't ideal. Overall, it offered decent value for money, but I hope they can improve on the room cleanliness.
